● 本機(jī)型適用于棉、羊毛、人造毛、腈綸及混紡絞紗的前后處理，一次裝紗便可完成膨化、精練、漂白、染色及柔軟等多個(gè)染整工序。
● 掛紗桿之間間距可調(diào)，適應(yīng)處染各種不同長(zhǎng)度的絞紗。
● 采用精確正反轉(zhuǎn)控制器，自動(dòng)變換染液的循環(huán)方向，確保絞紗勻染。
● 循環(huán)水泵設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)良，采用多級(jí)皮帶輪變速，以滿(mǎn)足不同類(lèi)型絞紗的染色工藝。
● 本機(jī)型可雙機(jī)串聯(lián)使用，減少工藝缸差。

Machine Features:
● It is suitable for dealing with cotton flax, wool, man-made hairs, terylene and blending twisted yarns ahead and later. When model JDC-Y is packed with yarns,

it could make several processes of dyeing finished, such as swelling, refining, bleaching, dyeing, and pliability etc.
● The distance between one and another yarn bar is from 426 to 855 millimeters, So it is suitable for dyeing different hank yams.
● It is equipped with precise and reversing controller to ensure that inside of hank yarns could be averagely dyed by changing automation circulation direction of dying.
● Circulation water pump is well designed to fit for dyeing crafts of different kinds of hank yarns with changes in speed by much more leather belt wheels of degrees.
● Model JDC-Y could reduce the deflection of crafts vat by being used two series machines.
