   歡迎您使用ZS-6系列全自動(dòng)底線繞線機(jī)。該系列機(jī)器是專為厚料縫紉機(jī)配套的自動(dòng)纏繞底線的專用設(shè)備。具有操作簡單、不卡梭芯、不傷梭芯、不易斷線、降低成本、高效穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，一臺(tái)ZS-6全自動(dòng)繞線機(jī)所繞梭芯可供20臺(tái)厚料縫紉機(jī)使用。

   ZS-6B型繞線機(jī)配套擺梭梭芯，所繞梭芯尺寸為：梭芯平面直徑為：28MM,高度為：26MM

   Welcome to use ZS-6 series automatic bobbin winding machine. This series of machines is a special equipment for automatic winding of bobbin thread for thick sewing machines. It has the advantages of simple operation, no sticking, no damage to the core, no easy thread breaking, low cost, high efficiency and stability. The bobbin wound by one zs-6 automatic winding machine can be used for 20 thick sewing machines.

   使用說明：
   本機(jī)器操作簡單，在使用前請(qǐng)仔細(xì)閱讀說明書，在*了解本機(jī)器的性能和操作程序的前提下，正確使用本機(jī)器。
   This machine is easy to operate. Please read the manual carefully before use, and use the machine correctly on the premise of fully understanding the performance and operation procedures of the machine.
   1、安裝注意事項(xiàng)本機(jī)電源為AC220V、50HZ，功率約為40W。
   1. Installation precautions: the power supply of this machine is AC220 V, 50 Hz, and the power is about 40 W.
   2,注意：ZS-6自動(dòng)底線繞線機(jī)所有開關(guān)、線路均有220V電壓，在斷電之前絕不能拆裝機(jī)器，機(jī)身必須接地。
   2. Attention: all switches and lines of zs-6 automatic bobbin winding machine have voltage of 220 v. the machine must not be disassembled and disassembled before the power is cut off, and the body must be grounded.
   3,ZS-6自動(dòng)底線繞線機(jī)不可使用不同規(guī)格的梭芯（每次只能放入同種規(guī)格的梭芯，如混雜放入、機(jī)器可能出現(xiàn)故障）。

   4,放入落料盤中梭芯的數(shù)量80只，請(qǐng)注意不要超出設(shè)定量，不然會(huì)出現(xiàn)故障。
   4. There are 80 shuttle cores put into the blanking tray. Please pay attention not to exceed the set value, otherwise there will be a fault.
   5,必須使用不變形的合格梭芯，否則底線不能繞在梭芯上。
   5. The qualified bobbin without deformation must be used, otherwise the bobbin cannot be wound on the bobbin.
   6,報(bào)警紅燈亮表示：盤中的梭芯用完，或線已用完，這時(shí)機(jī)器停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。只需加入梭芯，或換上新線機(jī)器可恢復(fù)正常工作。
   6. When the alarm red light is on, it means that the shuttle core in the disc is used up or the thread has been used up, and then the machine stops running. The machine can return to normal operation by adding bobbin or replacing with new thread.
   7,梭芯繞線量的多少可調(diào)節(jié)壓線簧片、螺絲，使簧片高低來完成繞線量的多少。理想的繞線量是所用梭芯的80%為好。
   7. The amount of bobbin winding can be adjusted by adjusting the spring and screw to make the spring high and low to complete the winding amount. The ideal winding amount is 80% of the bobbin used.
