基本用途

◆ RBL-H貼標(biāo)簽機屬于自動圓瓶貼標(biāo)機系列，適用在圓柱形物體貼標(biāo)簽或不干膠膜，如圓形塑料瓶、圓形玻璃瓶、PET瓶等，更換覆標(biāo)機構(gòu)可適用于圓周體貼標(biāo)，貼標(biāo)機械設(shè)備應(yīng)用于產(chǎn)品的表面貼標(biāo)及規(guī)格范圍大的表面類物體貼標(biāo)。
可選配在線打印貼標(biāo)機或噴碼機到貼標(biāo)頭，可實現(xiàn)在標(biāo)簽上打印電子監(jiān)管碼、生產(chǎn)日期、批號和噴印條碼、二維碼追溯等信息。
可選視覺檢測設(shè)備、輸送帶/傳送帶，實現(xiàn)對產(chǎn)品進行視覺檢測剔除功能，可增加自動化生產(chǎn)線、流水線及碼垛機器人對后段包裝產(chǎn)品的裝箱、封箱等。

工作原理

◆ 核心工作原理：傳感器檢測到產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過，傳回信號到貼標(biāo)控制系統(tǒng)，信號經(jīng)過PLC處理后，在適當(dāng)時刻送出標(biāo)簽貼附在產(chǎn)品設(shè)定位置上，產(chǎn)品流經(jīng)覆標(biāo)裝置，標(biāo)簽被覆牢固，一張標(biāo)簽的貼附動作完成。
◆ 操作過程：放產(chǎn)品（可接流水線）—>產(chǎn)品輸送（自動實現(xiàn)）—>產(chǎn)品糾正（自動實現(xiàn)）—>產(chǎn)品檢測（自動實現(xiàn)）—>貼標(biāo)（自動實現(xiàn)）—>覆標(biāo)（自動實現(xiàn)）—>收集已貼標(biāo)產(chǎn)品。

Basic uses
RBL-H labeling machine belongs to the automatic cylinder labeling machine series. It is suitable for labeling cylindrical objects or dry film, such as circular plastic bottles, circular glass bottles, PET bottles, etc. Replacing labeling mechanism can be applied to labeling circular objects, labeling machinery and equipment can be applied to labeling products and surface objects with large specifications.
Optional on-line printing labeling machine or jet printer to label head can print electronic supervision code, production date, batch number and jet printing bar code, two-dimensional code traceability and other information on the label.
Optional visual inspection equipment, conveyor belt/conveyor belt can be used to realize visual inspection and removal of products. Automated production lines, assembly lines and stacking robots can be added to pack and seal the back packing products.

Working principle
_Core working principle: Sensor detects product process, sends back signal to labeling control system. After signal is processed by PLC, label is sent out and attached to the set position of the product at the appropriate time. The product flows through the labeling device, the label is firmly covered, and the affixing action of a label is completed.
