基本用途

◆ RBL-D貼標(biāo)簽機(jī)屬于自動定點(diǎn)定位貼標(biāo)機(jī)系列，適用于食品、酒水、化妝品、等行業(yè)中不同尺寸產(chǎn)品的具有定位特征的不規(guī)則瓶型產(chǎn)品自動貼標(biāo)。

此不干膠貼標(biāo)機(jī)設(shè)備可選配在線打印貼標(biāo)機(jī)或噴碼機(jī)到貼標(biāo)頭，可實(shí)現(xiàn)在標(biāo)簽上打印電子監(jiān)管碼、生產(chǎn)日期、批號和噴印條碼、二維碼追溯等信息。

可選視覺檢測設(shè)備、輸送帶/傳送帶，實(shí)現(xiàn)對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行視覺檢測剔除功能，可增加自動化生產(chǎn)線、流水線及碼垛機(jī)器人對后段包裝產(chǎn)品的裝箱、封箱等。

工作原理

◆ 核心工作原理：傳感器檢測到產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過，傳回信號到貼標(biāo)控制系統(tǒng)，信號經(jīng)過PLC處理后，在適當(dāng)時(shí)刻送出標(biāo)簽貼附在產(chǎn)品設(shè)定位置上，產(chǎn)品流經(jīng)覆標(biāo)裝置，標(biāo)簽被覆牢固，一張標(biāo)簽的貼附動作完成。

◆ 操作過程：放產(chǎn)品（可接流水線）—>產(chǎn)品輸送（自動實(shí)現(xiàn)）—>產(chǎn)品糾正（自動實(shí)現(xiàn)）—>產(chǎn)品檢測（自動實(shí)現(xiàn)）—>貼標(biāo)（自動實(shí)現(xiàn)）—>覆標(biāo)（自動實(shí)現(xiàn)）—>收集已貼標(biāo)產(chǎn)品。

Basic uses
_RBL-D labeling machine belongs to the automatic fixed-point positioning labeling machine series. It is suitable for automatic labeling of irregular bottle-shaped products with positioning characteristics in different sizes of products in food, wine, cosmetics and other industries.
This equipment is equipped with on-line printing labeling machine or jet printer to label head, which can print electronic supervision code, production date, batch number and jet barcode, two-dimensional code traceability and other information on label.
Optional visual inspection equipment, conveyor belt/conveyor belt can be used to realize visual inspection and removal of products. Automated production lines, assembly lines and stacking robots can be added to pack and seal the back packing products.
Product characteristics

High labeling accuracy, subdividing step motor or servo motor to drive and send labels accurately; deviation correction mechanism design of label winding to ensure no left-right deviation in the process of label traction; eccentric wheel technology is applied to the traction mechanism, the traction label does not slip to ensure accurate labeling, fixed-point positioning mechanism uses reciprocating cylinder to drive the supporting mechanism, and the three-point positioning and rotating method of bottle body can be solid. Working principle
_Core working principle: Sensor detects product process, sends back signal to labeling control system. After signal is processed by PLC, label is sent out and attached to the set position of the product at the appropriate time. The product flows through the labeling device, the label is firmly covered, and the affixing action of a label is completed.
