手動(dòng)鋪砂儀適用于測(cè)得路面宏觀粗糙度,路面構(gòu)造深度是表征路面粗糙度的一項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。

The pavement depth gauge is suitable for measuring the macro roughness of the pavement. The pavement depth is an indicator of the pavement roughness.

手動(dòng)鋪砂儀校驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目

★標(biāo)定構(gòu)造深度尺尺寸。

★測(cè)量推平板直徑，目測(cè)底面是否粘一層1.5mm的橡膠片。

★校驗(yàn)砂量筒容積。

手動(dòng)鋪砂儀使用說(shuō)明：

★將路面松散顆粒及浮土擦凈。

★用儲(chǔ)砂瓶將量筒注滿干砂，再用攤鋪版邊緣輕輕敲打量筒三下，加滿干砂，刮去高出之干砂。

★將干砂倒在路面上，用攤鋪板細(xì)心地將砂子在路面上作圓周動(dòng)作攤鋪開，盡可能攤鋪成圓形。

★用構(gòu)造深度尺分別通過(guò)砂面圓心，并互相垂直量取兩個(gè)構(gòu)造深度值，取平均值代表該路面這一點(diǎn)的構(gòu)造深度。

★在同一路段上作5點(diǎn)測(cè)定，每點(diǎn)相距3-5米，測(cè)點(diǎn)盡可能選在車轍帶上，距路面邊緣不小于1米，取5點(diǎn)的平均值作為該路段的構(gòu)造深度。

Pavement construction depth gauge, manual sanding instrument instructions:
★ Wipe the loose particles and floating soil on the road surface.
★ Fill the cylinder with dry sａnd with a sａnd storage bottle, then gently tap the measuring cylinder with the edge of the paving plate, fill it with dry sand, and scrape off the dry sand.
★ Pour the dry sａnd on the road surface, carefully spread the sａnd on the road surface with the paving board, and spread it as round as possible.
★ Use the construction depth ruler to pass through the center of the sａnd surface, and measure the two construction depth values perpendicularly to each other. The average value represents the construction depth of the road surface.
★ Make 5 points on the same road section. Each point is 3-5 meters apart. The measuring point should be selected on the rut belt as much as possible. It is not less than 1 meter away from the edge of the road. The average value of 5 points is taken as the construction depth of the road section.
