瀝青標準粘度試驗儀適用于瀝青標準粘度試驗（道路瀝青標準粘度計法）本方法采用道路瀝青標準粘度計測定液體石油瀝青、煤瀝青、乳化瀝青等材料流動狀態(tài)時的粘度。本法測定的粘度應(yīng)注明溫度及流孔孔徑，以CT.d表示（T為試驗溫度，C；d為孔徑，mm）。

★ 水槽：環(huán)槽形，內(nèi)徑160mm,深100mm,中有一圓井，井壁與水槽之間距離不少于55mm。環(huán)槽中存放保溫用液體（水或油），上下方各設(shè)有A水管。水槽底離試驗臺面約200mm。水槽控溫精密度±0.2℃。
★盛樣管：管體為黃銅而帶流孔的底板為磷青銅制成。盛樣管的流孔d有3mm±0.025mm、4mm±0.025mm、5mm±0.025mm和10mm±0.025四種。根據(jù)試驗需要，選擇盛樣光流孔的孔徑。
★球塞：用以堵塞流孔，桿上有一標記。球塞直徑12.7mm±0.05mm的標記高為92mm±0.25mm，用以指示10mm盛樣管內(nèi)試樣的高度，球塞直徑6.35mm±0.05mm的標記高為90.3mm±0.25mm，用以指示其它盛樣管內(nèi)試樣的高度。

★ Sink cover: There is a sleeve in the cover, which can be sleeved on the round well of the sink. There is a stirring blade under the cover. There is a handle on the cover.
