乳化瀝青濕輪磨耗儀是**瀝青檢測(cè)儀器，適用于檢驗(yàn)乳化瀝青稀漿封層混合料成型后的耐磨耗性能，與負(fù)荷輪碾壓試驗(yàn)一起確定稀漿封層混合料的好瀝青含量。

乳化瀝青濕輪磨耗儀是按照中華人民共和國行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JTJ052-2000《公路工程瀝青及瀝青混合料試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》中T0752-1993《乳化瀝青稀漿封層混合料濕輪磨耗試驗(yàn)》規(guī)定的要求設(shè)計(jì)制造的。

乳化瀝青濕輪磨耗儀使用方法：

★使用前的準(zhǔn)備

1、使用SYD-0752濕輪磨耗試驗(yàn)儀前應(yīng)仔細(xì)閱讀使用說明書。

2、仔細(xì)閱讀中華人民共和國行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)T0752-1993《乳化瀝青稀漿封層混合料濕輪磨耗試驗(yàn)》，了解并熟悉標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所闡述的準(zhǔn)備工作、試驗(yàn)步驟和試驗(yàn)要求。

3、按T0752-1993標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所規(guī)定的要求，準(zhǔn)備好試驗(yàn)用的各種試驗(yàn)器具、材料等。

4、檢查本儀器的工作狀態(tài)，應(yīng)符合本說明書所規(guī)定的工作環(huán)境和工作條件。

5、檢查本儀器的外殼，必須處于良好的接地狀態(tài)，接地線必須確保良好接地。

★試驗(yàn)方法

1、從烘箱中取出試件，冷卻至室溫，稱重G1。

2、稱重后置于（25±1）℃的水浴中(60～70)min。

3、從水溶液中取出試件置于盛樣盤中，然后固定在磨耗機(jī)的升降托架上，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)升降手輪，升降托架上升到試件頂起磨頭。

4、在盛樣盤中裝入溫度保持(25±1)℃的水。將試件浸入水中，使水深至少超過試件6mm，

5、打開總電源開關(guān)，接通儀器工作電源。

6、將計(jì)時(shí)計(jì)數(shù)器設(shè)置工作時(shí)間為5min，按下運(yùn)行按鈕開始運(yùn)行，對(duì)試件進(jìn)行研磨。注意每次磨耗作業(yè)均應(yīng)使用新的橡膠磨耗面。

注：計(jì)數(shù)器的設(shè)定與工作過程見下面第五條。

7、預(yù)定時(shí)間或預(yù)定次數(shù)一到，磨耗機(jī)自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)升降手輪，落下升降托架，取出試件。

8、將試件沖洗，再放入(60±3)℃的烘箱中烘至恒溫。

9、取出冷卻至室溫，并稱重G2。

10、操作前后均應(yīng)對(duì)機(jī)體的緊固件進(jìn)行檢查，防止松動(dòng)，在磨耗機(jī)運(yùn)行過程中，如有異常響聲應(yīng)立即關(guān)機(jī)。

Method for using emulsified asphalt wet wheel abrasion meter:

★ Preparation before use

1. Read the instruction manual carefully before using SYD-0752 Wet Wheel Wear Tester.

2. Read the industry standard of the People's Republic of China T0752-1993 "Wet Wheel Abrasion Test of Emulsified Asphalt Slurry Sealing Mixture" carefully, and be familiar with the preparations, test procedures and test requirements described in the standard.

3. According to the requirements stipulated in the T0752-1993 standard, prepare various test instruments and materials for testing.

4. Check the working status of the instrument, which should meet the working environment and working conditions specified in this manual.

5. Check the case of the instrument, it must be in a good grounding state, and the ground wire must be well grounded.

★ Test method

1. Remove the test piece from the oven, cool to room temperature, and weigh G1.

2. After weighing, place in a water bath at (25 ± 1) ℃ for (60 ～ 70) min.

3. Take out the test piece from the aqueous solution and place it in the sample tray, and then fix it on the lifting bracket of the abrasion machine. Turn the lifting handwheel to raise the lifting bracket to the test piece to lift the grinding head.

4. Fill the sample pan with water at (25 ± 1) ℃. Immerse the test piece in water to a depth of at least 6 mm,

5. Turn on the main power switch and turn on the instrument's working power.

6. Set the working time of the timer counter to 5min, press the run button to start running, and grind the test piece. Note that a new rubber abrasion surface should be used for each abrasion operation.

Note: For the setting and working process of the counter, see Article 5 below.

7. When the predetermined time or number of times arrives, the abrasion machine will automatically shut down, turn the lifting handwheel, drop the lifting bracket, and remove the test piece.

8. Rinse the test piece and dry it in an oven at (60 ± 3) ℃ to a constant temperature.

9. Remove and cool to room temperature, and weigh G2.

10. The body's fasteners should be inspected before and after operation to prevent loosening. During the operation of the abrasion machine, if there is an abnormal noise, it should be shut down immediately.

乳化瀝青濕輪磨耗儀操作規(guī)程：

★＞"鍵為右移鍵，按動(dòng)此鍵，可移動(dòng)需設(shè)定值的位置。

★“∧"鍵為加鍵，當(dāng)要改變?cè)O(shè)定值的數(shù)值時(shí)，可按動(dòng)此鍵，數(shù)值可從0開始加到9。

★按動(dòng)“PAU"鍵約10秒鐘，數(shù)字設(shè)定值一欄的數(shù)碼管閃爍。

★按動(dòng)“＞"鍵，選擇需改變數(shù)值的位置，比如從左邊一位開始，再按動(dòng)“∧"鍵確定所需的數(shù)值。

顯示值，顯示加法計(jì)時(shí)值 ⑵設(shè)定值，設(shè)置計(jì)時(shí)時(shí)間 ⑶功能鍵

★完畢后再按動(dòng)“＞"鍵，選擇二位、第三位、第四位，用按動(dòng)“∧"鍵的方法設(shè)定好各位的設(shè)定值。

★按“RST"鍵，計(jì)時(shí)值清零，計(jì)時(shí)器做好計(jì)時(shí)準(zhǔn)備。

★按動(dòng)操作面板上的運(yùn)行鍵，儀器開始計(jì)時(shí)操作，直到計(jì)時(shí)值等于設(shè)定值時(shí)，計(jì)時(shí)停止，儀器停止工作。

★若設(shè)定值不變而需重新開始工作，只需再按一次“RST"鍵即可，計(jì)時(shí)從第6條開始重新工作。

Emulsified Asphalt Wet Wheel Abrasion Tester Operating Procedures:

★> "key is the right shift key. Press this key to move the position to be set.

★ The "∧" key is a plus key. When you want to change the value of the set value, you can press this key to increase the value from 0 to 9.

★ Press the "PAU" key for about 10 seconds, the digital tube in the column of digital set value blinks.

★ Press the "＞" key to select the position where the value needs to be changed, for example, starting from the left digit, and then press the "∧" key to determine the required value.

★ After finishing, press the ">" key to select the second, third, and fourth digits, and then set the settings for everyone by pressing the "∧" key.

★ Press the "RST" key to clear the timer value and the timer is ready for timing.

★ Press the run key on the operation panel, the instrument starts timing operation, and when the timing value is equal to the set value, the timing stops and the instrument stops working.

★ If the set value does not change and the work needs to be restarted, simply press the "RST" key again, and the timing will restart from Article 6.

乳化瀝青濕輪磨耗儀計(jì)算方法：

乳化瀝青稀漿封層混合料的磨耗值按下式計(jì)算：

乳化瀝青濕輪磨耗儀注意事項(xiàng)：

1、工作電源為AC380V、50Hz，使用前必須按要求配備好配電箱或電源插座，外殼必須確保良好接地，注意使用安全。

2、本儀器的主要工作部件為高速旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置，儀器工作時(shí)請(qǐng)不要將手、頭（頭發(fā)）伸入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)區(qū)域，防止發(fā)生意外！

儀器使用3個(gè)月左右應(yīng)加油一次，加油時(shí)拆下儀器頂部蓋板對(duì)內(nèi)部鏈條齒輪涂抹潤滑脂，拆下磨頭上部主軸螺母對(duì)內(nèi)部齒輪涂抹潤滑脂。

2、每次使用后應(yīng)將磨頭及機(jī)體上的水漬擦試干凈，以防生銹。

3、每次試驗(yàn)必須用新膠管，或?qū)⒃z管翻轉(zhuǎn)180°后使用。

警告：儀器出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)應(yīng)立即切斷電源，請(qǐng)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員檢修并排除故障后方可繼續(xù)使用，防止發(fā)生意外！

Note for emulsified asphalt wet wheel abrasion tester:

1. The working power source is AC380V, 50Hz. Before use, it must be equipped with a power distribution box or power socket according to the requirements. The enclosure must be well grounded and pay attention to safety.

2. The main working part of the instrument is a high-speed rotation device. When the instrument is in operation, do not put your hands and head (hair) into the high-speed rotation area to prevent accidents!

The instrument should be refueled about 3 months after use. When refueling, remove the top cover of the instrument and apply grease to the internal chain gear. Remove the upper spindle nut of the grinding head and apply grease to the internal gear.

2. After each use, clean the water stain on the grinding head and the body to prevent rust.

3. New hoses must be used for each test, or the original hoses must be turned 180 ° before use.

WARNING: When the instrument fails, the power should be cut off immediately. Please have professional technicians repair and troubleshoot before continuing to use, to prevent accidents!
