智能型墻體穩(wěn)定態(tài)熱傳遞試驗(yàn)機(jī)采用標(biāo)定熱箱和防護(hù)熱箱法兼容原理，用于建筑墻體及板狀保溫材料的傳熱系數(shù)檢測。設(shè)備利用計(jì)算機(jī)自動控制，數(shù)據(jù)采集、溫度控制、曲線顯示和結(jié)果打印等全部測試過程均自動完成，測量時(shí)間短、速度快、數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確、自動化程度高、噪音低。

一、產(chǎn)品概述：

1. Product overview:

The intelligent wall steady-state heat transfer testing machine adopts the compatible principle of the calibration hot box and the protective hot box method, and is used for the detection of the heat transfer coefficient of the building wall and the plate-shaped insulation material. The equipment is automatically controlled by a computer, and all test processes such as data acquisition, temperature control, curve display and result printing are completed automatically. The measurement time is short, the speed is fast, the data is accurate, the degree of automation is high, and the noise is low.

二、適用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

GB/T13475-2008《絕熱穩(wěn)態(tài)傳熱性質(zhì)的測定標(biāo)定和防護(hù)熱箱法》

JG/T 10294-2008 《絕熱材料穩(wěn)態(tài)熱阻及有關(guān)特性的測定防護(hù)熱板法》

2. Applicable standards:

GB/T13475-2008 "Determination of adiabatic steady-state heat transfer properties, calibration and protective hot box method"

JG/T 10294-2008 "Determination of Steady State Thermal Resistance and Related Characteristics of Thermal Insulation Material Protective Hot Plate Method"

2、熱室溫度控制精度：±0.2℃；

3、冷室溫度：-20℃；

4、冷室溫度控制精度：±0.2℃；
