礦物料粘附性試驗(yàn)機(jī)使用方法：

★將儀器平穩(wěn)放在工作臺(tái)上。

★接通電源，打開(kāi)開(kāi)關(guān)，計(jì)數(shù)器顯示0，按——鍵，顯示器閃爍，按向上箭頭，數(shù)值增加，按向右箭頭二位數(shù)值閃爍，按向上箭頭，數(shù)值增加，以此類(lèi)推，調(diào)整好，10秒后閃爍停止，數(shù)值存入系統(tǒng)內(nèi)，調(diào)整好所需數(shù)值后，儀器便可正常工作，O鍵是清零復(fù)位鍵。

★將刷子提前鎖緊，將試件放置在壓腳下壓緊，放下刷子。

★按啟動(dòng)鍵，儀器開(kāi)始工作。計(jì)數(shù)器自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)，達(dá)到所設(shè)置次數(shù)后停機(jī)，如需再次啟動(dòng)，按O鍵，計(jì)數(shù)器清零，機(jī)器再次啟動(dòng)。

★取下試講用真空吸塵器在試件表面移動(dòng)，吸去落下的顆粒。

★測(cè)定每個(gè)試件的質(zhì)量。

How to use mineral material adhesion tester

★ Place the instrument on the workbench stably.

★ Turn on the power, turn on the switch, the counter displays 0, press the —— key, the display blinks, press the up arrow to increase the value, press the right arrow to flash the two digits, and press the up arrow to increase the value, and so on. After 10 seconds, the flashing stops and the value is stored in the system. After adjusting the required value, the instrument can work normally. The O key is the reset key for clearing.

★ Lock the brush in advance, place the test piece under the presser foot, and lower the brush.

★ Press the start key, the instrument starts to work. The counter counts automatically and stops after reaching the set number of times. If you need to start again, press the O key to clear the counter to zero and the machine starts again.

★ Remove the test piece and use a vacuum cleaner to move on the surface of the test piece to suck out the falling particles.

★ Determine the quality of each test piece.

★試驗(yàn)完畢后關(guān)閉電源，以免計(jì)時(shí)器長(zhǎng)時(shí)間通電造成不必要的損壞。

★使用完畢后，搽拭干凈，罩好防塵罩。
