二、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)：
由1．錐形篩。2．三腳支架。3．測量容器（上部是延伸筒、下部是容重桶，其容量是1升）三部分組成。

四、使用方法：
★從保存在密封容器內(nèi)的試驗室石膏樣品中，取出1000克試樣，并充分攪拌均勻，使其通過孔徑為2毫米的錐形篩，然后按下述步驟用同一儀器測定兩次。
稱量不帶延伸套筒的容重桶，精確至0.1克，在容重桶上裝上套筒，并將其放在儀器的錐形漏斗下，將試樣以100克為一份倒入漏斗中，用毛刷攪動試樣，使其通過篩網(wǎng)落入容重桶中。當裝有延伸套簡的容重桶填滿時，在避免振動的情況下移去套筒，用直尺刮平表面，除去多余物料，直至表面與容重桶上緣位于同一水平面上為止。稱量容重桶和試樣重量精確至0.1克。
★結(jié)果的表示方法：
按下式計算松散容重，克／升
r=m1-m0
其中：m1是容重桶和試樣的重量（克）
m0是容重桶本身的重量（克）
如果兩次測定結(jié)果之差，小于兩次試驗結(jié)果較小值的5 % ，則以平均值作為試樣的松散容重；否則，應再次測定，至兩次測定值之差小于5 %。再取其平均值。
4. When the bulk density bucket with the extension sleeve is full, remove the sleeve while avoiding vibration, and use a ruler to smooth the surface to remove excess materials until the surface and the upper edge of the bulk density bucket are on the same level. Weigh the bulk density barrel and the sample weight to the nearest 0.1 g. ★Expression of results: Calculate loose bulk density by the following formula, g/l r=m1-m0 Among them: m1 is the weight of the bulk density barrel and the sample (g) m0 is the weight of the bulk density bucket (g) If the difference between the two measurement results is less than 5% of the smaller value of the two test results, the average value shall be used as the loose bulk density of the sample; otherwise, it shall be measured again until the difference between the two measurement values is less than 5%. Then take the average value.
五、使用安放：
本儀器應安放在無震源無腐蝕介質(zhì)的環(huán)境中，并置于適當高度的平臺上。必要時可調(diào)整三腳支 架下部的三個錐形螺母使其至水平位置。
