硅芯管冷彎曲半徑試驗(yàn)儀按照中華人民共和國(guó)交通行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JT/T496-2004《公路地下通信管道高密度聚乙烯硅芯塑料管》中硅芯管冷彎曲半徑試驗(yàn)方法研制的。該設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)潔直觀，是生產(chǎn)及質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)部門的設(shè)備。

Silicon core tube cold bend radius tester was developed in accordance with the People's Republic of China Transportation Industry Standard JT / T496-2004 "High-density polyethylene silicon core plastic pipe for highway underground communication pipelines". The equipment is simple and intuitive, and is the equipment of the production and quality supervision and inspection department.

硅芯管冷彎曲半徑試驗(yàn)儀技術(shù)參數(shù)：

能夠滿足直徑在32-63mm不同直徑的地下通信管道高密度聚乙烯硅芯塑料管。

其他檢測(cè)設(shè)備：溫度能控制在-20℃±2℃的低溫箱。

樣品：取3根1.5米(當(dāng)外徑大于40mm時(shí)2m)長(zhǎng)的硅芯管作為試樣用于產(chǎn)品的彎曲性能試驗(yàn)，試驗(yàn)前試樣應(yīng)放置在-20℃±2℃溫度下保持2h。

判定規(guī)則：試樣經(jīng)過彎曲試驗(yàn)后，應(yīng)不出現(xiàn)開裂、裂紋或明顯應(yīng)力發(fā)白現(xiàn)象
