巖石耐崩解試驗(yàn)儀步驟：
■選擇好試件，核對(duì)試件名稱及編號(hào)，填入記錄表內(nèi)。
■將試件裝入耐崩解試驗(yàn)儀的圓柱形篩筒內(nèi)，在105～110℃的溫度下烘干至恒量后，在干燥器內(nèi)冷卻至室溫稱量。
■將裝有試件的圓柱形篩筒放在水槽內(nèi)，向水槽內(nèi)注入純水，使水位在轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)軸下約20mm。圓柱形篩筒以20 r/min的轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)10 min后，將圓柱形篩筒和殘留試件在105～110℃的溫度下烘干至恒量后，在干燥器內(nèi)冷卻至室溫稱量。
■重復(fù)本條3項(xiàng)的程序，求得二次循環(huán)后的圓柱形篩筒和殘留試件質(zhì)量。
■必要時(shí)按3的程序進(jìn)行5個(gè)循環(huán)。
■試驗(yàn)過程中，水溫應(yīng)保持在20±2℃范圍內(nèi)。
■試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后，應(yīng)對(duì)殘留試件、水的顏色和水中沉積物進(jìn)行描述。根據(jù)需要,對(duì)水中沉積物進(jìn)行顆粒分析、界限含水量測(cè)定和粘土礦物分析。8、稱量** 至0.01g。

■ Place the cylindrical sieve cylinder with the test piece in the water tank, and inject pure water into the water tank, so that the water level is about 20mm below the rotating shaft. After rotating the cylindrical sieve barrel at a speed of 20 r / min for 10 minutes, the cylindrical sieve barrel and the residual test piece were dried to a constant amount at a temperature of 105 to 110 ° C, and then cooled to room temperature in a desiccator and weighed.
■ Repeat the procedure in item 3 of this article to determine the mass of the cylindrical sieve and the residual test piece after the second cycle.
■ If necessary, perform 5 cycles according to the 3 program.
■ During the test, the water temperature should be kept within the range of 20 ± 2 ℃.
■ After the test, describe the residual test piece, the color of the water, and the sediment in the water. As required, particle analysis, limit water content determination, and clay mineral analysis are performed on sediments in water. 8. Weigh ** to 0.01g.
